Ert tú tilflytari, so er breytin júst til tín!

Ert tú nýliga komin til Føroya, ella hevur tú búð her í longri tíð, bjóða vit tær vælkomnum á breytina “Føroyskt sum annaðmál”. Breytin hevur til endamáls at kunna teg um føroyska samfelagið, læra teg føroyskt mál og føroyska menta. Breytin bjóðar tær í ein felagskap við sosialari samansjóðing, umframt at hon brynjar teg til útbúgvingarmøguleikar, lærupláss ella arbeiði í Føroyum.

Vit undirvísa á minst tveimum torleikastigum, alt eftir talinum á luttakarum, og vit leggja undirvísingina til rættis soleiðis, at tú lærir á tí støði, tú ert komin til í máltøkuni av føroyska málinum. Breytin hevur 6 tímar týsdag og 4 tímar fríggjadag.

Vit eru áhugaði í tínum heimlandi, tínum móðurmáli og tínari mentan, samstundis sum tú ognar tær vitan um Føroyar og føroyska málið.

Lagt verður upp til fjølbroytt virksemi í Nám-X hølunum, umframt áhugaverdar vitjanir úti í samfelagnum í skúlatíð.

 

 

Faroese as a Second Language – Line 1

Are you a newcomer in the Faroe Islands? Then this line is perfect for you!

Have recently arrived in the Faroe Islands? Or have you lived here for some time, we welcome you to the “Faroese as a Second Language.” Line. The purpose of this line is to help you learn the Faroese language and about Faroese culture. (Ella: The porpose of this line is for you to learn the Faroese language and about Faroese culture.) The line offers you a social community, and preparations for further education, work, or apprenticeship in the Faroe Islands.

We teach at least two levels, depending on the number of participants, and we organize the teaching so that you learn at the level you have reached in your acquisition of the Faroese language. The track includes 6 lessons on Tuesdays and 4 lessons on Fridays.

We are interested in learning about your home courym your native language, and your culture while you gain knowledge about the Faroe Islands and the Faroese language.

A variety of activities will be arranged in the Nám-X facilities, as well as interesting visits out in the community during school hours.
